July 22, 2011

My wedding day was the perfect day! I felt so calm and happy! I was so excited to be sealed to Cameron.
I got up and got ready, and headed for the Salt Lake Temple!
Me and Cam followed my parents to the temple. Cam must of been a nervous wreck. While we were driving to the temple he had the worst stomach ache and kept telling me that we were going to have to pull over so he could use the bathroom. This was seriously the FUNNIEST thing to me. I just laughed the whole entire time. He would go through phases where he was like "okay Im fine. I will make it to the temple. Then 5 mintues later he would be half way yelling that we were pulling off the next exit. If we were to pull off we would of been late, and I was so nervous to be late. Funniest drive.
Once we got to the temple we had to get our papers and wait to meet with one of the temple workers to make sure everything was correct on our paper work. We had to sit and wait outside the office with a bunch of other people getting married that day. Cam was still having some stomach issues so he finally decided he had to go. Jed and my Dad were sitting at another part of the temple and they seen him come around the corner. My dad thought maybe he had changed his mind, but Jed knew he was going to the bathroom! They just smiled and laughed at Cam.
Cam came back feeling much better. We met with the temple worker and we were on our way.
Waiting to get married we sat and talked. I was so excited and so happy that the time was finally here! They walked us up to meet our temple sealer. He was a really cool guy. He said a lot of meaningful things to me and Cam before going into the room
Going into the room to be sealed was exciting. Our families were all waiting with big smiles on their faces. I felt so blessed to have all those people there for me and Cam.
We got sealed and then went to get changed. My mom met me in the Bride Room to help me! I got dressed and went out to meet Cam. Suprisingly I was ready before Cam was so I had to sit and wait for him. After a few minutes he came around the corner with a huge smile on his face! They walked us to the stairs. Cutest little man explained what to do, and to not trip right as you step out. Finally married, we opened the door and there they all were waiting!!!

I had such a good experience in the temple and will never forget the way I felt and how happy I am to be sealed to Cameron for eternity!
